- Registration
Change of status for any county license after the exam. Please call us or email us at info@activatemylicense.com.
- Certification
Change of status after passing the state exam. Please call us or email us at info@activatemylicense.com.
- Local license pick up service
Contractors Reporting Service can handle local licensing. We can obtain your City & County Occupational License, Certificate of Competency, & supply you with a License Code Bond, General Liability & Workers Compensation exemption or policy via one of our many agents that we have working in our network.
- Contractors Bond Service
Contractors Reporting Service offers $5000.00 License Code Bonds. There is an application that must be filled out and signed with an original signature. The bond is a continuing bond and you will receive a notice for the following year of bond renewal. Bonding Agent: A.Kilbride Insurance, Inc. We also offer Statement of Bonding Limits for the Electrical Board and FRO Bonds for the Construction Board.
- Reciprocity
Please contact the county you will be applying for reciprocity in. Each county has different guidelines for Reciprocity. Sponsoring county must send letter of Reciprocity to respective county by mail. Most will require a personal credit report form on the individual applying to reciprocate and if it's a business, then the county might require a business report.
- Fictitious Trade Name
Looking to do business under a different name?? Well we can help! We can file your fictitious trade name also AKA as a D/B/A.
- Incorporate
We can incorporate you as a new business. We research the name you choose to see if it's available and electronically file it for you. Available services include C Corporation, S Corporation, and LLC. All services provided with corporation book, stock certificates, corporate seal, and Fein #. We can also register foreign corporations and amend Articles of Incorporation.
- (QB) License Number
Q.B., or Qualifying Business, Applications must be filled out on a New Company Changing Status with the state. Q.B., or Qualifying Business, Change of Status is when you make a change within the company such as adding an additional qualifier, or change a qualifier ect.
